Input Forms

Input Forms provides the primary interface through which organisations' workbook data is captured into the PMT System.

How to Open a Form:
To open one of the existing input forms, click on the Year from the listed forms on the institution home/forms page.

This page (http://pmt.trailanalytics.com/forms) lists all the input forms created by the institution. From this page, the following actions may be originated.

1. Create new/Import form

2. Enter Form Data

3. Export/Send to AMFIU
